It works with any standard 12V–21V cordless drill. A 21V drill gives stronger, faster cutting; a 12V works too but cuts a bit slower.

Iron sheet 0.8–1mm, galvanized/tin sheet 1–1.2mm, steel 0.8–1mm, copper up to 1.5mm, aluminum up to 1.5mm. Best on flat metal sheet 1mm or thinner.
