Q: How thick of metal can it cut? A: Iron sheet 0.8–1mm, galvanized/tin sheet 1–1.2mm, steel 0.8–1mm, copper up to 1.5mm, aluminum up to 1.5mm. Best on flat metal sheet 1mm or thinner.
Q: What can't it cut? A: It's made for flat sheet metal. Avoid bent, ribbed, irregular, or welded panels, and non-metal boards — these can cause it to jam.
Q: It got stuck — what do I do? A: Just set your drill to reverse, and the attachment will back itself out automatically.
Q: Will the edges need sanding? A: No. It leaves clean, flat, burr-free edges — no extra finishing needed.
